About the Role

We are looking for a highly adaptable and creative fresher to join our engineering team as a Junior AI Developer. In this role, you will embrace "vibe coding"—the modern practice of using advanced AI assistants to rapidly write, debug, and iterate on code—to build dynamic applications, workflow automations, and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs).

You won't be expected to memorize every syntax rule or write boilerplate from scratch. Instead, you will act as a "director" of code, bridging the gap between human intuition and AI output. Your focus will be on system architecture, problem-solving, and prompt engineering.

Key Responsibilities

  • AI-Assisted Development: Utilize tools like Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and Gemini to rapidly prototype, build, and deploy software features.
  • Prompt Engineering: Write precise, contextual, and effective instructions to guide AI agents in generating and modifying code.
  • Code Review & Validation: Critically review and test AI-generated code to ensure it functions correctly and meets basic security and performance standards.
  • API Integration: Connect and integrate Large Language Model (LLM) APIs (such as OpenAI or Anthropic) into frontend and backend applications.
  • Rapid Iteration: Embrace a "ship first, perfect second" mentality to get automated workflows and MVPs off the ground efficiently.
  • AI Debugging: Use AI coding assistants to quickly identify logic flaws, test edge cases, and resolve application bugs.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or an impressive self-taught portfolio).
  • Foundational Knowledge: Basic understanding of at least one programming ecosystem (e.g., Python, JavaScript/Node.js, or React).
  • AI Familiarity: Hands-on experience (through personal projects, hackathons, or internships) using LLMs and AI coding assistants.
  • System Thinking: The ability to understand the bigger picture of how a software application works and how different components interact.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong logical reasoning to identify what needs to be built and the ability to guide the AI to build it correctly.
  • Communication: Excellent written communication skills, which are essential for both team collaboration and crafting effective AI prompts.

What is "Vibe Coding" to Us?

To us, vibe coding means shifting the focus from manual typing to high-level architectural thinking. We want developers who can articulate a clear vision for a feature, collaborate with an AI to generate the underlying logic, and then meticulously refine the output until the application works flawlessly.
