Refund and Cancellation Policy

Hitasoft ensures our customer satisfaction on all the phases. So we are also relies on this policy to make it more convenient.

Hitasoft holds the right to do any change in this subscription agreement from time to time. Charges and payment terms may be changed in accordance with the applicable price schedule. All other provisions may be changed by Hitasoft immediately upon notice. Continued use of the services and products following any change constitutes acceptance of the change.

Hitasoft may suspend or discontinue providing services and product upgrades to you without notice and may pursue any remedy legally available if you fail to comply with any of your obligations hereunder.

Our Refund Policy

Hitasoft provides the maximum convenience for the customers to check the entire demo online. In case of any coding standards or other assistances of pre-sale queries, customers can utilise the live support from 10 AM IST to 7 PM IST which is provided from Monday to Friday.

As the products developed by Hitasoft are intangible and digital products, on the first account payment then customers first access to the customer portal and download, If the download done, the sale is considered closed and therefore no other refund requests or any other claims will not be entertained.

The purchased products will be delivered in 7 working days right after you provided the proper details to us. These working days excludes the local holidays defined by our Indian Government. So if there is any refund request for the delay in delivery is not subjected to this local holidays.

If the credit card on which you have requested billing expires, exceeds your maximum limit of credit, or is rejected by the card issuer for any reason, Hitasoft will notify you by e-mail, paper invoice or telephone and will attempt to process the transaction within a reasonable period of time. If the charge is rejected by the card issuer again, you will receive notice. You may provide information and authorization to charge another credit card, or speak to customer support about an alternative method of payment.

The return of payment has to be confirmed with our concern department through phone/email communication and it will be confirmed by Hitasoft only if nothing fails to comply our Terms and Conditions.
